Urras Storas An Rubha is pleased to announce the appointment of Baiba Reinfelde as development Manager, for Aros An Rubha, our community hub in the former Knock School.
Baiba, originally from Latvia, has been in Scotland for 17 years, and for the past 9 years has worked in Bùth An Rubha, one of the tenants of Aros An Rubha. She has seen great changes in the building at Knock from her first days when she helped to prepare the shop for opening.
The Development Manager post is funded for its first year by a grant from the National lottery Community Fund, and the focus of the post will be the general management of the building as well as developing the engagement of the community with the facilities in the building.
